Half a Brick Shy of a Load

Thanks to the Lady Tam at View From the Porch for pointing this one out:

Pro-Obama pundit at CNN, Jack Cafferty complains about George Bush & Co. because they had “huge deficits, a doubling of the national debt, and a growing intrusion of the federal government into people’s private lives”.

He mentions “the incredible amount of damage their people had done to the country“.

For the record, in only six weeks:

Obama has added more to the national debt than all previous presidents (including George Bush) combined!

Obama’s administration passed the largest spending bill in history – without anyone reading it!

Obama is trying to implement government (socialist) control of medicine, banks, the mortgage industry, and you-name-it. He’s also trying to inflict incredible taxation on us. I guess that qualifies as an “intrusion… into people’s private lives”.

If this guy is representative of the political left, the liberals, and the Democrats, well, they are obviously delusional. This is not a value judgement on my part – from the facts outlined above, it’s inherently obvious that they are in the midst of a serious reality disconnect.

This entry is just a commentary on the level of critical thinking going on over on the liberal side.

Amazing. Scary, too.

Don’t forget, we also insulted our allies AND apologized to the Taliban. Just gives you a warm glow all over, doesn’t it.
