Obama May Not Be ELIGIBLE to be President

I apologize to all of my readers, as well as the Obama campaign, for the misinformation. I was, simply put, taken in by a very well done viral video. I try to promote only the truth on this blog, and this is only the second time I’ve had to issue a retraction. Apparently the lawsuit really exists, but Obama has made his real birth certificate available.

Thanks to Brigid for the correction!

———– original article follows ————–

I had heard, probably a year ago, that some people were questioning whether Obama is a natural-born citizen of the United States, which is a prerequisite to be President according to the Constitution of the United States.

I had thought that this was resolved long ago, and had not given it any more thought. As it turns out, I was mistaken.

Check out this article. Even more important, watch the video at the end. Produced by a Democratic lawyer, it’s about ten minutes long, but it is well worth your investment in time.

It turns out that there is a lawsuit in progress which challenges Obama’s citizenship.

Now, the really fascinating thing about this is not even (at this point) whether the allegations are true. The really interesting thing is that Obama is pursuing a legal strategy of delay in this case – rather than simply producing a valid birth certificate, which, when verified, would immediately end the case (and all the debate).

This STRONGLY implies that Obama is not even eligible to be president – why else would he not just turn over his records?

All Obama has to do to make all this go away is to produce his actual birth certificate. Why doesn’t he do so?

Draw your own conclusions, but spend a minute thinking about it. This is REALLY important!

    I would really like that this were true. But he made his birth certificate available in June of 08. I’ve also read the legal papers on the suit. It’s not going to fly I’m afraid, as some of the substantive allegations can’t be rendered as anything more than rumor.

    Hope someone has a Plan C that’s legal, as the election is close.

    Hi, Brigid;

    Thank you. I’m guilty of not checking this out as thoroughly as I should have. I appreciate the correction!

    Best regards,
